Job Title: Corporate RecruiterPosition Summary:
The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for sourcing and recruiting talent for both exempt and non-exempt roles, supporting a variety of departments including high-level accounting, finance, and hourly positions. This role requires a proactive, self-sufficient recruiter who can work effectively with minimal supervision and adapt to a range of hiring needs. Experience with full-cycle recruiting is advantageous but not mandatory, as the primary focus will be on sourcing and initial candidate engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and Outreach: Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruiting platforms to build a strong pipeline of qualified talent.
- Recruitment for Exempt and Non-Exempt Roles: Recruit for both salaried and hourly positions, including specialized roles in accounting, finance, and other corporate functions.
- Candidate Screening and Evaluation: Conduct thorough screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, ensuring a fit with both role-specific requirements and company culture.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, share qualified candidates, and facilitate the interview process.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment as needed, from sourcing through offer negotiation, though emphasis is on sourcing and candidate presentation to hiring managers.
- Hybrid Work Opportunity: This role offers flexibility with both in-office and remote work options after training and onboarding.
- Experience in Corporate Recruiting: Proven experience recruiting for exempt roles is required; prior agency recruiting experience is a plus.
- Strong Sourcing Skills: Proficient in utilizing LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job platforms for candidate sourcing.
- Self-Motivated and Independent: Ability to work with limited supervision, taking initiative and managing recruiting activities effectively.
- Adaptability: Capable of recruiting across various job levels and functions, from high-level corporate roles to hourly positions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage candidates and build professional relationships.
