HRT Solutions is looking for a Recruiter to join our talented team!
The Recruiter will work with a team of recruiters in a fast-paced recruiting organization. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring technical specialists to fill a variety of positions including IT. They will act as a liaison between the client and the candidates throughout the entire recruitment process. Duties can include scheduling, coordinating, maintaining documentation, and building candidate relationships. You will need to be highly organized, work effectively with internal and external clients and candidates, possess excellent communication skills (written and verbal), have the ability to shift gears at a moment's notice, and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process
- Source candidates through networking, creative cold-calling, internet postings, university relations, industry events, and more.
- Provide guidance and direction to recruiters
- Create position requisitions and post positions to job boards
- Arranging, scheduling, and conducting telephone, video, or in-person interviews
- Administer applicant tracking system (ex. Workday, JazzHR)
- Schedule feedback sessions on candidates interviewed
- Prepare recruiting metrics and feedback summary of candidate interviews
- Presenting the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the hiring manager
- Prepare departmental billing/charges for budget purposes
- Arrange travel for job applicants and new hires
- Facilitate pre-employment reference and background checks
- Create offer letters
- Facilitate new hire paperwork completion and data entry to appropriate systems
- Maintain records in accordance with legal requirements and internal policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 2 years proven experience with sourcing/recruiting or human resources is required
- Knowledge of common recruiting and administrative practices
- Curiosity and the capability to continuously learn
- A good understanding of technology and technical skills
- Dynamic, highly motivated, and self-directed. Ability to work in a team environment with a heightened sense of urgency
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Office Suite – Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Experience with Applicant tracking systems
- Impeccable Attention to Detail
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
