Overview:
We are searching for a recruiter who will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle recruitment process to support both federal IT contract roles and corporate roles for TurningPoint. This role will be based out of our Rockville MD headquarters, with a potential hybrid work arrangement (Min 3 days in office).
Job Responsibilities:
•Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls, etc.)
•Manage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to ensure accurate records of candidates, positions, and hiring statuses.
•Partner with hiring managers to understand specific needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies for government contracting positions.
•Source, screen, and qualify, top talent with relevant experience and expertise in government contracting regulations and procedures.
•Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for open positions.
•Negotiate competitive offers and manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish.
•Stay up-to-date on government contracting regulations and industry trends.
•Build strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
•Take steps to ensure a positive candidate experience.
•Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Excellent interpersonal skills.
•Understanding of technology, technical roles, and technical skills.
•Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
•Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience:
•Five (5) to seven (7) seven years of experience in talent management
•Government contracting experience is preferred
•Bachelor's degree in related technical and/or human resources field preferred
