Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various clerical positions, including administrative assistants, data entry clerks, receptionists, and office managers.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through networking, job boards, and social media platforms.
- Conduct thorough reference checks and background screenings to ensure candidate suitability.
- Match candidates with client job openings based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and facilitate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Provide candidates with guidance on resume preparation, interview techniques, and career development.
Sales:
- Identify and target potential clients within the clerical industry to promote our staffing services.
- Conduct cold calls and emails to generate new business leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Present and tailor staffing solutions to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the clerical or administrative industry.
- Sales experience, particularly in a B2B environment, is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with both candidates and clients.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM software.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieving targets and goals.
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
