Position: Welding Recruiter

Company: Stand-By Personnel
Pay: Based on experience (Base salary plus commission)
Hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday

We are looking for a recruiter with a background in staffing welding positions to join our team. Whether you’re just starting or have years of experience, this role is ideal if you’re passionate about matching skilled welders with the right opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a positive experience throughout the staffing process.
• Manage multiple job orders daily from various clients.
• Conduct interviews to assess candidates’ skills and suitability for open roles.
• Perform inside sales outreach to potential clients.
• Recruit through job boards and internal databases, coordinating interviews and placements.

Qualifications

• Preferably 1+ years of experience with a staffing agency.
• Experience in recruiting for welding or similar technical roles.
