What will you be doing?
As our Recruiter (Community Manager) you will recruit new girl members and adult volunteers to join Girl Scouts using Salesforce. This helps us deliver on our mission to build girls of courage, confidence, and character, who make the world a better place. Every day, you will speak with current and prospective members and their parents or guardians to recruit, support, convert and renew them as Girl Scouts and log these interactions in Salesforce. Each month, you will represent Girl Scouts of Southeast Florida at community events, Service Unit meetings and to community partners. To thrive in this role, you must have the ability to sell or recruit; knowledge of, or the ability to quickly learn, Salesforce; and the ability to work flexible hours, including many evenings and weekends, to achieve or exceed assigned recruitment and retention goals.
This is an out-based Recruiter position that works flexible hours from home with extensive travel throughout an assigned territory, which is anticipated to be Broward County. The Recruiter reports to the Director of Membership & Community Partnerships and is part of a six-person team that includes the Director and five Community Managers (Recruiters) serving six counties in South Florida.
Who are we seeking?
A professional who has experience in recruitment or sales and is goal oriented. A Recruiter with excellent time management skills who can plan, organize, and prioritize work, to successfully meet multiple deadlines. Someone with superior presentation, interpersonal and networking skills who can build, leverage and maintain relationships with a diverse array of individuals and groups. A Recruiter who has the ability to work flexible hours independently, and within a collaborative team environment. A tech-savvy candidate with successful experience utilizing, or a commitment to, working with relational databases like Salesforce and the demonstrated ability to utilize Microsoft Office 365 and the internet.
What else will you need?
A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of three years recent, relevant experience is required. Working knowledge of Salesforce or similar databases, nonprofit experience and bilingual (Spanish or French) is preferred

The hiring range for this position is $43,565 - $46,641.
