Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking an Recruiting Account Manager in the Dallas, TX area. This is an internal direct hire position that offers full benefits including un capped commission and 401k.

Responsibilities:
- Provide Account Management and recruiting support for technical recruiters.
- Oversee and work directly with team of recruiters.
- Work directly with new and existing clients while fostering long term relationships.
- Prescreen and double screen all candidates.
- Prefer Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Human Resources
- Experience in Technical Recruiting a must
