About the Job
Pinnacle Staffing is looking to hire an Recruiter Assistant for our Branch Office in Greenville, SC. We are looking for a creative, energetic individual that has a "Whatever It Takes" attitude in fulfilling their job.
This individual acts as an extension of the Branch Office's function, managing all aspects of client contingent workforce, to include business relationship development, recruitment, selection, and management of the contingent employees. Having prior recruiting experience in manufacturing, light industrial, logistics, or distribution worker skill sets is a STRONG PLUS! Pay is $12-$13/Hour, based on experience.
Job Requirements:
- Two years of business experience with a minimum of 1 in either recruiting or staffing.
- Manufacturing and interviewing/recruiting experience is desirable.
- Ability to multi-task an effectively prioritize workload.
- Unsurpassed level of professionalism and ability to communicate at all levels of the client organization.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve complex client situations in an effective manner.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast paced environment.
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office and Outlook.
- Ability to present business reviews and workforce strategies to client groups.
- Demonstrate the ability to identify customer's needs and to deliver expectations.
- GED or High School Diploma.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
