The Role:
Andersen is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator who will work as a member of the Andersen Experienced Hire Talent Acquisition team providing administrative & operational support. The Coordinator will work closely with multiple recruiters to schedule in-office interviews and virtual interviews while providing exceptional candidate experience. The Coordinator must possess a high level of organizational and interpersonal skills to handle planned and unplanned daily activities and must be comfortable taking initiative and responding promptly while working in an environment with competing priorities and deadlines.

Your specific responsibilities may include:
- Scheduling virtual and in office interviews, including communication with candidates, internal team members, and Hiring Managers
- Drafting and sending correspondences with candidates to ensure a seamless interview process
- Provide administrative support to members of the Talent Acquisition team as needed
- Help ensure data integrity in recruiting systems, as needed
- Assist in talent acquisition projects to support the overall team’s functions
- Other duties and projects as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous experience in an administrative/operational role at a Law Firm, Accounting, Consulting, or Professional Services Firm preferred
- Advanced knowledge of MS Outlook, Word & Excel
- Ability to prioritize and handle scheduling multiple interviews in a timely manner with minimal supervision
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with ability and comfort level communicating with senior management
- High energy, positive attitude, self-starter, and independent thinker
