Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator for our client in Menlo Park. This is a 100% onsite, temp to perm role with a starting salary of $30-$31 an hour based on experience. Please read the job description and if you are interested, please email me your resume
You will assist the Talent Acquisition Team with their processes, including scheduling and coordinating virtual and on-site interviews. You will be working at our new facility in Menlo Park, and, on occasion, will support our IT and office managers. There is plenty of room for growing into a Recruiter in this role, so if you enjoy working across the entire organization, facilitating communication, interfacing with outside vendors and candidates, and coordinating a multitude of schedules and activities, please let us know!
* Coordinate and manage high-volume, sometimes complex candidate interviews including travel, accommodations, and reimbursements
* Utilize our applicant tracking system to coordinate, track, and disposition candidates
* When appropriate, host candidates and ensure the on-site interview process is seamless
* Help drive recruiting projects and programs such as talent meetups/events and university and trade school outreach
* Develop skills in sourcing, screening, and recruiting
Qualifications
* Communicates effectively with all levels of staff
* Highly organized, efficient, reliable, and able to successfully manage multiple priorities simultaneously
* Familiar with or able to quickly learn cloud based, online tools
* Ability to succeed in a fast-paced startup environment
* Employs critical thinking skills and problem solving
* Enjoys working with people!
