Recruiting Intern
CFS is hiring a Recruiting Admin! This role will support a rapidly growing office, making it an excellent opportunity for someone interested in gaining recruiting experience-whether you are a current student, a recent graduate, or looking to change your career! We are located in downtown Orlando and can offer a hybrid work schedule.
Job Duties of the Recruiting Intern :
- Process payroll spreadsheets for three offices, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Onboard new employees into ADP, managing the setup and ensuring compliance with internal processes.
- Verify I-9 documents and handle related paperwork to ensure new hires meet legal requirements.
- Processed and maintained new employee spreadsheets, updating information in real time.
- Assist the recruiting team with administrative tasks, coordinate interviews, maintain candidate records, and ensure smooth recruiting operations.

Ideal Fit for the Role:
- Experience in sales, recruiting, or staffing includes sales and hiring in retail and hospitality and recruiting in admissions or career services (college or trade school).
- Self-motivated, self-disciplined, driven, and a team player.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; experience communicating confidently and effectively with all organizational levels.
- They are highly organized and have the ability to manage a fast-paced recruitment and placement process effectively.
- Good sense of humor.
