About the Job
Advance Sourcing Concepts LLC, a Women owned, WBENC Certified company located in the North Hills of Pittsburgh near the Ross Park Mall, is offering a paid internship program.
Your responsibilities will include:
â— The ability to learn quickly and to provide support to our recruiters in sourcing candidates and screening resumes.
â— Understanding of basic Human Resources regulations, and the ability to keep information confidential.
â— The ability to assist with updating social media sites.
â— Taking phone calls from clients and applicants and responding in a professional manner.
â— Administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements include:
â— Proficiency in MS office
â— The ability to handle pressure and deadlines in a positive, professional manner
â— The ability to learn new tasks quickly and perform accurately
â— Solid written and verbal communication skills.
This position is 15-20 hours a week, in our office, and we will be flexible on days and hours!
The pay is $9.00 per hour.
We will work with your school to provide you with credits for this experience!
There is potential that this could become a full-time position.
