Monarch Staffing Solutions is seeking a dedicated Recruiting Manager for our client, a renowned organization in the healthcare sector. As a key partner to agency leadership, you will play a critical role in shaping the recruitment strategy and ensuring a robust and qualified workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Strategy: Oversee full life cycle recruitment operations, ensuring alignment with agency workforce needs. Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies.
- Process Improvement: Innovate and execute new processes and systems to enhance talent acquisition and maintain a strong, qualified workforce.
- Collaboration: Work closely with department and agency leadership to conduct job analyses and develop job descriptions. Implement and train on hiring and interview assessment tools to ensure a fair and effective selection process.
- Data-Driven Insights: Collect and analyze data related to talent acquisition activities to inform actionable plans and strategies.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Foster an environment of equal employment opportunity and support the company's diversity and inclusion strategic plan.
- Compliance & Best Practices: Stay updated on trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to recommend policy and practice adjustments.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Organize and oversee daily operations of the recruiting team, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Team Development: Attract, onboard, and develop team members, providing mentorship and coaching to achieve departmental goals.
- Performance Management: Manage employee performance through regular evaluations, goal setting, and feedback.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience supervising and leading talent acquisition or HR teams.
- At least 6 years of experience in human resources, including full-cycle talent acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and take initiative.
- Discretion and judgment in handling sensitive information.
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive environment.
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification.
- Experience with UKG HRIS.
- Experience in healthcare, particularly in behavioral health or community mental health settings.
Additional Information:
- Travel: Occasional travel to various locations for meetings, conferences, and events may be required.
- Work Environment: Professional office setting with standard office equipment.
