Compliance Policy experience is preferred
Recruiting for multi stated is required
Experienced assisting with managing daily operational activities
Experience providing administrative support such as managing calendars and preparing documents
Experience supporting recruitment process by posting job listings, scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and facilitating onboarding
Graphic Design experince is a Plus
Experience Coordinating e employee recognition, culture and special events preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in lieu of degree
DUTIES
The Recruiting Operations Coordinator will be supporting our People and Talent team, managing various tasks crucial for daily operations.
Responsibilities will include assisting with core functions such as human resources, recruiting, and administrative tasks to help keep the company running smoothly
Assist with managing daily operational activities
Provide administrative support to Director of People Operations such as managing calendars and preparing documents
Ensure clear and consistent communication within the People and Talent team and with internal stakeholders to keep everyone informed and aligned on company updates
Support recruitment process by posting job listings, scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and facilitating onboarding
Coordinate employee recognition, culture and special events
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance brand awareness
Maintain accurate documentation of technology systems and procedures
Ensure accurate recordkeeping in relevant databases and platforms
