Job Summary
A growing Home Care Agency in NYC is looking for a self-motivated individual with an upbeat personality to be our point person for our Home Health Aide recruitment efforts. This team member will be responsible for all onboarding, from initial contact through staff orientation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and goals
- Outgoing, friendly & inviting personality who can communicate with in office staff as well as applicants in a positive manner with attention to detail and follow through
- Ability to complete a variety of administrative tasks in an efficient manner
- Desire to help the community and individuals looking for a career in the PCA/HHA field
- Develop and maintain relationships within the community
- Lead weekly orientation of new hires
- 1-year experience a must
- General Home Care knowledge or HR/Recruitment experience a plus
Work Environment:
On-site
Pay Range: The hiring range for this position is $25.00-$30.00/hour. Various factors will determine final compensation such as a candidate’s years of relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and location.EHC1000
