Although this job is a remote, work from home position, the ideal candidate would reside within two (2) hours of Nashville, TN as there are occasional face to face meetings in Nashville.
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a RECRUITER / HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST.

Essential Functions
Recruiting
Candidate Sourcing: Demonstrated ability to source passive candidates, engage in recruiting, build relationships, and see candidates through the contracting process
Possess and maintain on-going knowledge of the latest recruiting strategies utilizing a high level of creativity and latitude
Demonstrate knowledge of technical skills and recruiting techniques with a proven track record and experience in finding candidates for hard-to-fill positions
As Needed Functions
Onboarding / Offboarding Specialist
The Recruiter will serve in the following ways:
Identify internal and external candidates for vacant positions, including assessing job postings and employee referrals, screening resumes and conducting interviews by phone, in person or via electronic media
Source passive candidates
Develop and execute sourcing and recruitment strategies to identify external talent through passive and active methods
Network / pipeline exceptional candidates for future opportunities
Have "full cycle" recruitment expertise - recruiting provider team members โ from phone screen to verbal offer
Collect, process, and maintain applicant data including interviewer recommendations and assessment resultsAs needed, facilitate the on-boarding/off-boarding of new employees through the full employee life cycle of employment from pre-onboarding to termination.
As needed, Initiate the new hire process from post to offer to acceptance to start date, HR paperwork (I-9 documentation), new hire orientation, etc.
Education, Experience and Skills
ยท Bachelor's Degree required;
2-3 years of experience in Recruitment and/or Onboarding preferred
Health care background preferred
Exceptional written and verbal communication with the ability to manage relationships across all levels of the organization
Assertive and responsive in communication and follow up
Highly effective listening skills
Successfully meet established targets and metrics while maintaining a full workload.
Ability to demonstrate critical thinking and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects at different points in a process.
Interest and aptitude with process improvement work
Ability to work in an environment where change is consistent and often fast paced
Organized and detail oriented
Ability to understand how data and trends impacts performance and strategy

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
