Group Management Services is looking for self motivated individual to step into our Recruitment Specialist role.

What are some expectations for this role?
- Achieve staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates
- Having the ability to perform a variety of tasks individually and within a team environment
- Develop and manage relationships with our customers
- Administer the hiring process including recruiting responsibilities
- Conduct pre-screen and competency based interviews, phone screens, and scheduling of interviews
- Utilize our applicant tracking system to clients as well as colleagues up to date on the recruiting process
- Perform reference checks, background checks, and drug screenings for client employees/candidates
What are the qualifications for this role?
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university preferred
- 1-2 years related experienced preferred
- Equivalent combination of education and experience is accepted
- Valid driver's license required; must be willing to travel 15% of the time
