Referral Coordinator (Bilingual) at MediQuest Staffing

A full-service medical group is currently seeking an energetic Bilingual Medical Referral Coordinator who will play an important role in supporting the operations of the office

The Medical Referral Coordinator will work closely with the clinical and administrative staff to manage patient referrals and ensure timely and accurate processing.  Excellent communication skills are essential for liaising between patients, providers, and insurance companies to ensure a seamless experience for all involved.

Pay Rate:      $21.00 - $22.00/hr. DOE
Shift:              Monday – Friday / 8:00AM – 5:00PM
Location:      Los Angeles, CA

Referral Coordinator Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Medical Referral Coordinator
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
• Work with insurance verification teams to confirm referral authorization and eligibility
• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
