Refrigeration Technician - Fresh Express

Essential Functions:

Performs standard repair and maintenance on all vacuum colling processes, amonia refrigeration, Halocarbon refrigeration and vacuum pumps at the facility. Troubleshoots process controls to the PLC level as required. Ensure proper water treatment practices relative to the condensing tower. May servve as team lead on more complex projects or independently perform standard assignments either for a single area of the plant or across the departments as needed. Must use computer based programs to support carious activities. Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment.

Minimum qualificatons:

Experience with vaccum cooling processes, ammonia refrigeration, halo refrigeration and vacuum pumps.

Knowledge of electrical power maintenance (480V) and process controls troucbleshooting ( PLC level to the device level)

Basic knowldge of condensing tower water treatment practices.

Must own personal tools.

Vacuum tube tear down and assembly experiecne

Able to work any shift and weekends.

Forklift certified

Desired qualification: RETA certified, Bilingual Spanish/English
