Position Summary
The GA Regional ABA Manager will oversee operations in Georgia, ensuring that our intake, scheduling, and client coordination processes are effectively managed. This role focuses on building relationships with referral sources, training incoming team members, and aligning departmental processes to support seamless client services. With strong leadership, process management, and task management skills, the GA Regional ABA Manager will drive operational excellence and foster positive community partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Lead, Manage, and Hold Accountable (LMA): Guide team members to meet Kids First's standards, ensuring effective oversight of regional operations.
- Process Management: Oversee intake, scheduling, and client coordination processes; work collaboratively to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Task Management: Manage daily operational tasks, prioritizing them to ensure optimal workflow.
- Referral Source Account Management: Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, acting as a liaison and advocate for client services.
Success Measurements
- 30 Days: Complete orientation, familiarize with company values and mission, and meet with cross-departmental partners. Begin intake operations under NY team guidance.
- 60 Days: Master processes by shadowing the NY team on scheduling, authorization, client coordination, and clinical leadership tasks.
- 90 Days: Establish partnerships with TA, HR, QA, payroll, and credentialing departments; create a regular cadence with referral sources and care advocates.
- 1 Year: Independently train the GA team on intake, scheduling, and client coordination; manage 50 active clients; provide recommendations for potential clinic locations.
Requirements
- Experience: Mid-senior level experience in ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis)
- Traits: Must be a self-starter, solutions-oriented, and exhibit integrity. Should possess strong multi-project management, critical thinking, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset. Excellent leadership and organizational abilities.

- Knowledge of Central Reach (Highly preferred)
