Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding and managing the accounts Summit Tech Partners. They will build and maintain relationships, grow and maximize opportunities within those accounts and targets within the market or similar industries.
· Business Development: Leverage relationships to identify opportunities for introducing Summit Tech's service offerings to target clients. Lead the engagement to partner and design custom talent solutions for enterprises in region
· Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, identify needs and execute new business opportunities within existing clients. Leverage our internal thought leadership and client case studies to deliver custom solutions to companies
· Account Planning: Develop and execute strategic account plans to penetrate accounts, achieve revenue targets and business objectives
· Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal Solution Design and Service Delivery teams to ensure the timely execution of talent and service solutions
· External Collaboration: Attend local networking events, regional conferences and foster collaboration with leaders in business and technology

Qualifications:
· Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent
· Experience: 3+ years of proven success driving new opportunities for companies within the Contingent Labor and Professional Services industry
· Results driven: Proven track record of handling similar industry clients and demonstrated ability to drive business growth
· Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of SOW and Staff Augmentation in various industries.
· Strong Interpersonal and Relationship building skills with clients and partners
· Self-starter and ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
· Effective verbal and written communication and presentations
· Travel- as needed for clients and relationship development
