With experience driving sales in the Unified Communications/AV/Collaboration technologies space or similar vertical
Who brings a proven track record of winning enterprise-level relationships and consistently achieving and exceeding assigned sales quotas
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Regional Account Executive
The Regional Account Executive will be responsible for managing and growing client accounts within Northern California and the Pacific NW
Their day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining customer relationships, developing account strategies, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and providing support and guidance to customers to ensure their success.What You'll Bring You’re able to make decisions and solve problems You are able to empathize with customers in a genuine way that lets them know you care about their issues You’re a team player that can follow and lead as situations dictate You have an ability to explain complex issues in simple terms and ensure mutual understanding with customers You’re able to plan, organize, and prioritize workResponsibilities Meet and exceed quarterly sales and revenue objectives Qualify leads and creates target lists of enterprise and strategic accounts Expand existing client accounts for retention and growth Identify and partner with Regional dealers to expand DTEN footprint Act as the primary interface between the company and the accounts – corporate offices, sales offices, or individual sales representatives Build lasting relationships with your accounts, becoming their go-to technology partner for products Participate in marketing activities such as trade shows to generate leads Develop and executing Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews with customers and leadershipMinimum Qualifications BS or BA in Business, Engineering or similar fields Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients Experience in negotiating and closing deals Minimum of 5 years of experience selling audio/video and web collaboration tools and technology into corporate accounts The ability to work independently, while also appropriately leveraging expertise and resources within our organization Excellent organizational and time management skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented Ability to work independently and remotely Experience in Unified Communication Sales is strongly preferred Working knowledge of Salesforce as a tool
