About the Job
The Sales, Regional Account Manager under the direction of the General Manager, Metabolic Disorders, supports and drives Metabolic Patient census through engagement with referral sources and organizational collaboration. The Sales, Regional Account Manager will strategically plan business growth for their assigned territory through call planning, identifying referral sources, and providing education on Zoia Pharma/Pentec Health services.

Essential Job Duties:
- Develop and execute sales plans to secure new accounts and expand existing clients’ business consistent with overall sales strategy to grow business services.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the product knowledge and service offerings for Pentec Health and be able to use and apply them as needed to develop solutions and meet prospects needs.
- Pinpoint new business opportunities with clinical staff and other key personnel at local/regional meetings and in metabolic centers/hospitals.
- Contribute market intelligence gathered from field experience and report and/or recommend actions both for tactical and strategic planning.
- Attend regional and national conferences and events.
- Collaborates cross functionally with customer service, operations, market access teams to deliver highest level of customer service to customers and patients.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- 5+ years of direct business development and/or sales experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Bachelor’s degree – Registered Dietitian preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to source, acquire, develop and retain customer accounts including: lead generation, territory management, sales plan execution, selling skills and contact resource management.
- Provides excellent written and verbal communications and works well in a team and a fast pace work environment.
- Experience or knowledge of the metabolic and/or medical foods industries.
- Strong computer skills (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
