Position Summary:
We have positions open for various levels of experience. The Account Manager (AM) and or Regional Account Manager (RAM) requires direct sales activity with Major Accounts within a regional territory as assigned. The Salesperson is responsible for developing and maintaining all assigned account relationships, prospecting, and the development of new relationships within the vertical markets defined.
If you have a minimum of 1-2 year of selling within the following markets material handling, light industry, oil & gas, supply chain sourcing, hospitality, automotive or health sciences, or other vertical markets we are interested in hearing from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- In coordination with the Sales Director, the RAM or AM is expected to spend 50% of their business time on developing new business (hunting), end-user, vendor, and or manufacturer relationships.
- Meet with potential large customers to structure new financing opportunities.
- Promote the use of our financing services.
- Support existing Channel Accounts within assigned territory.
- Prospect through public forums for a new vendor, end-user, and manufacturer relationships.
- Conduct training both onsite and remote
- Public speaking and presentation skills expected
- Compile and analyze competitive lease rates, structures, and conditions as gathered from the marketplace. Recommend strategies to management to remain competitive in the marketplace.
- Travel 20% - 30% as required.
Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or equivalent.
- The Account Manager role requires a minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience.
- The Regional Account Manger role requires – a minimum of 3 years of sales
- Experience within the financial services industry is a plus.
- Proficiency with CRM software
