Responsibilities:
- Generate and develop new customer accounts to increase revenue including cold-calling and client management.
- Cultivating relationships with contractors and subcontractors in primarily an outside sales capacity, coupled with some inside sales activity.
- Maximize account potential and exceed quarter over quarter growth and profitability.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments.
- Advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and make decisions.
- A minimum of three years blue collar (staffing outside sales) experience is highly preferred.
- Previous experience in business-to-business sales, customer service, or other related fields.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms.
- Ability to quickly build rapport with clients.
