As a Regional Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and fostering strong relationships with our valued customers. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, developing strategic sales plans, and providing exceptional customer service. City or County government experience is a plus.
Position Summary:
- Prospect for new clients, generate leads, and close deals within assigned Florida territories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Prepare proposals, quotes, and contracts, and track sales orders from start to finish.
- Understand our product offerings and provide technical support to customers as needed.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, finance, service, engineering) to deliver exceptional results.
- Represent our company at industry events and conferences.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the communications industry.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience working with city or county government clients is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Ability to travel within Florida territories, including occasional overnight trips.
- A passion for building relationships and driving sales growth.
- Must have a valid US Drivers license, pass a pre-employment background check & drug screening.
