Regional Accountant - Salary is up to $88,000 - Three Days from Home after Training - Flexible Schedule - Permanent Direct Hire

My client, a stable and dynamic organization in LaVergne that has been in business for over 75 years, is adding a Regional Accountant. Excellent benefits with 7% retirement match, $2,500 a year tuition assistance, flexible schedule, and work/life balance. Onsite for training then three days from home. Up to $88,000 base salary. Permanent direct hire.

Overview of the Regional Accountant Role:

• The Regional Accountant will perform accounting for three locations.
• Perform simplex and complex reconciliations for bank statements, clearing, and variance accounts, prepare operating statements, balance sheets and margin analysis statements.
• Post general ledger adjustments, accounts payable and accounts receivable adjustments.
• Assists in maintaining and reconciling accurate general ledger and sub-ledger balances.
• Make recommendations to location managers regarding the accounting of reserves, assets, and expenditures (explaining accounting to non-accountants).
• Assists in performance evaluation, cost management, and asset management.

Qualifications of the Regional Accountant:

• Two years or more of accounting experience. Multiple location experience is a big plus.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Ability to work onsite in LaVergne TN for three months then work a hybrid schedule.
