To provide operational support through management of financial data for a portfolio of 20-25 properties. Provide timely and accurate financial information to senior management, operational vice presidents, owners, investors and lenders. Monitor accounting and operational compliance with all federal/state agencies and MMA policies and procedures.

Required Experience:
Two years’ accounting experience
Required Education/Training:
Bachelor degree or higher in accounting curriculum.
Required Skills and Abilities:
Advanced mathematical and analytical skills, computer skills, demonstrate understanding of billing, receivable and payable systems, demonstrate understanding of accounting/bookkeeping principles, demonstrate concise oral and written communication abilities and demonstrate planning and control abilities.
Working Conditions:
Primarily work in an Office environment, may on occasion be required to travel either day or overnight if required for business purposes.
Salary Range Information:
