The Regional Associate (RA) role is an internally based selling and servicing role that provides information and guidance to financial Intermediaries across the United States with the goal of attaining and retaining assets under management for Strive Asset Management.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Regional Associate (RA) is responsible for the promotion and sale of Strive Asset Management investment solutions to Financial Intermediaries in a defined region in the US. In conjunction with providing internal support to the Regional Director (external wholesaler, or “RD”), the Regional Consultant (internal wholesaler, or “RC”), and the Head of Wealth Management Distribution, the RA will be accountable for meeting strict activity minimums per day to support the strategic vision of Strive’s Wealth Management Distribution group. Daily tasks include phone and email communications with clients and prospects, scheduling meetings, and administrative support of the RDs and RCs. The RA will be required to pass the Series 7 and Series 63 Securities Licenses within a reasonable period following date of hire.
Qualifications:
- Soon-to-be or recent college graduate
- 0-2 years of work experience
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Passion for financial services, investments, and capital markets
- Experience in sales or client service a plus
- Demonstrates strong written and oral communication skills with a focus on sales
- Proficient in technology databases and CRMs
- Ability to work in collaborative, fast-paced, high-stress environment
- Trainable/willing to learn/focused on improvement
- Ability to work quickly toward Series 7 and 63 Securities Licenses
