Description
You know how to clear the way, attend to complex situations, and serve as a trusted liaison.
In this role, you operate as the subject-matter expert on sales, access, reimbursement, and operational issues. You will:
- Execute and maintain contracted relationships with key accounts and customers (institutions, hospitals, IDN, and Director of Pharmacy)
- Utilize market resources to expand the use of the product
- Identify access barriers for the product and develop a path for solutions
- Achieves and/or exceeds targeted business goals in an assigned region by developing, implementing, & executing an integrated business plan encompassing key accounts with the goal of maximizing market share
- Leverage all national, regional, state, and local level key account market knowledge to drive business plans and strategies
- Maintain compliance with all corporate and industry policies and procedures
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 7 years’ commercial medical device/biotech/pharmaceutical sales experience
- 3 years of field IDN account experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare system processes
- Valid driver's license with the ability to travel, including overnight
