About the Job
We are in search of a dedicated and knowledgeable Regional Coordinator to act as the subject matter expert for medical education, training, and regulation for their assigned region of the world in the Medical Education Resources (MER) department at Intealth. This role will serve as a crucial liaison among medical schools, institutions, regulatory authorities, and ECFMG, ensuring effective communication and support across all stakeholders.

WORK SCHEDULE for Regional Coordinator
This full-time position, Monday - Friday, with a flexible virtual work arrangement.
SALARY for Regional Coordinator (Starting at $65,000)
Any offered salary is determined based on competency and skills, prior relevant experience, required degrees/certifications, internal equity within the organization and market competition.
ABOUT YOU
As a Regional Coordinator, you will be the primary liaison between ECFMG and the medical schools, institutions, government authorities, and other agencies in your region about issues related to medical education, post-graduate training, and medical licensure. You will also serve as the subject matter expert for all topics related to medical education, training, licensure, and regulation in those countries. Additionally, you will manage ECFMG's Reference Library documentation, maintaining essential records, to support our Primary Source Verification (PSV) teams in processing applicant files. You will also responsible for proactively monitoring current events in your region and assessing their impact on medical education and ECFMG's services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison between ECFMG and medical schools, institutions, and regulatory bodies in your region.
- Maintain and update the Reference Library documentation to facilitate efficient processing of applicant files.
- Stay informed about regional events, including natural disasters and conflicts, and communicate relevant information to leadership and affected entities.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to enhance ECFMG's support services.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and adaptability to new technologies.
- Strong research skills, particularly in identifying and utilizing primary-source materials.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
- Experience working in international settings.
- A proactive problem solver with strong critical thinking abilities.
- A collaborative approach to working across teams and various leadership levels.
- Fluency in a non-English language is advantageous but not required.
