Position Overview
The Regional Director is responsible for ensuring that members derive maximum value from the platform. This includes maintaining their interest, encouraging renewals, and promoting the platform to others. The Regional Director is assigned a specific region to oversee, with the goal of ensuring a positive experience for all members. Responsibilities include account management, product adoption, event planning, and sales activities.
Responsibilities
Manage Onboarding
: Schedule onboarding calls, use visual collateral to walk members through the benefits of the platform, and capture Expertise and Interests (EnI) catalog for each member.
Quarterly Check-ins
: Conduct regular check-ins with members to track their progress and ensure they are enrolled in sticky products and succeeding on the platform.
Product Adoption Goals
: Meet product adoption goals across the region by leveraging onboarding and quarterly check-ins to push various products, with limited ad hoc communication to members.
Event Planning and Participation
: Collaborate with the community to plan and attend events to build community cohesion and engage members.
Membership Renewal
: Ensure members have a positive experience such that they renew their memberships.
Generate Referrals
: Generate referral leads from existing members and conduct screening calls with qualified leads to generate new member sales leads.
About You
Location
: Based in New York
Education
: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience
: Minimum of 5 years in account management or sales, preferably in the financial or investment industry
Skills
: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, high emotional intelligence, ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Travel
: Willingness to travel as needed for in-person meetings and events
Passion

Salary Information
OTE (On Target Earnings)
: $200,000 - $275,000 based on successful attainment of quota/metrics
Base Salary
: $100,000 - $125,000 based on experience
