A health services organization focusing on reproductive health is seeking an RN to join their team as a Regional Director of Health Services.
About the opportunity:
- Hours: Standard business with some fluctuation due to leadership responsibilities
- Setting: outpatient
- Specialty: primary care, women's health, reproductive health
- Patient population: mainly adults
Responsibilities:
The Regional Director of Health Services will:
- be responsible for all operational and clinical activities relating directly to the health centers
- be responsible for all coordinating, monitoring, and supervising clinical programs
- make regular visits to assigned health centers to assure daily staffing coverage, scheduling and productivity
- provides mentoring, training and performance evaluation
Qualifications:
- RN or NP or PA
- leadership experience managing multiple units or sites for an organization
