Job Summary:
Accela Healthcare is seeking an experienced Regional Director of Human Resources to oversee HR functions across our New Jersey and Pennsylvania locations. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in HR leadership within Long-Term Care (LTC) and Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) settings, with a strong focus on payroll management and HR compliance. This position is responsible for ensuring effective HR operations, fostering employee relations, and maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee HR operations for multiple LTC and SNF facilities in NJ and PA.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, healthcare regulations, and company policies.
• Manage payroll functions and ensure timely and accurate processing.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and staffing.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.
• Collaborate with department leaders to support workforce planning and talent acquisition.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR leadership within LTC and SNF environments.
• Strong knowledge of payroll systems, HR compliance, and healthcare regulations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel within NJ and PA as needed.
