Regional Maintenance Director – Long-Term Care Facilities
Location: Multiple Facilities (Travel Required)

Are you a skilled maintenance leader ready to take on a broader role? Join our team as a Regional Maintenance Director, where you’ll oversee the maintenance operations for multiple long-term care facilities. We’re looking for someone with extensive knowledge in facility maintenance and a commitment to keeping our facilties safe, efficient, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and direct maintenance operations across several long-term care facilities.
•  Provide guidance and support to each facility's Maintenance Director
• Ensure all properties meet safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Coordinate and manage repair, preventative maintenance, and renovation projects.
• Travel regularly between facilities to assess and support local maintenance teams.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate service contracts.
• Assist with budgeting and ensure cost-effective maintenance solutions.
• Provide training and support to onsite maintenance staff.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in maintenance, preferably in a long-term care or healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
• Willingness to travel regularly to various locations.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
