As our Regional Director of Operations (RDO), you will lead and inspire our Clinical Directors and clinicians, building strong relationships that drive positive outcomes for both our team members and clients.

What You'll Do:
- Lead day-to-day operations of multiple autism therapy clinics, ensuring exceptional outcomes for children through team support.
- Guide Clinic Directors and their teams to achieve clinical and operational goals through effective coaching and leadership.
- Foster a positive, inclusive team culture that promotes retention and professional growth.
- Strategize with support center colleagues to drive market growth and ensure compliance with all regulations.
Why This Role Is Right for You:
- You have 6+ years of operational leadership experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Business, ABA, Operations, or a related field.
- You are skilled in building relationships, coaching teams, and achieving strategic goals.
- BCBA certification is a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for making a difference set you apart.
