Position Overview
The position of RDO is an executive position whose role it is to manage assigned AHFP District Operations Managers, subordinate management teams, and their respective personnel. This position is tasked with the ongoing responsibility of ensuring that AHFP Operations are managed to the highest operational standards achievable, and against budgeted requirements.
This position will have subordinate positions and will be tasked with the responsibility to critically evaluate all aspects of the Line Cleaning, Service and Installation business model on an on-going basis. The RDO will be responsible for making recommendations to enhance best practices, productivity, equipment and product utilization, and communication across all levels. The Regional Installation Manager will have direct oversight of installation department personnel, with the RDO playing a key role in managing daily operations.
This position will report directly to the Director of Service & Line Cleaning operations (DSLC), but will have accountability to ownership, operational partners, and to other key executive positions.

- Be results-driven and self-motivated
Additional Requirements
- Must live in or relocate to the market upon hire/promotion
- must have 3-5 years of experience managing a team of 20+ team members
Position Responsibilities
- Manage the District Operations Managers and subordinate management on an ongoing basis. The DOM will be expected to provide mentorship, guidance, management, and support to include performance evaluations and reviews.
- Continuously assess all aspects of the AHFP business. The DOM is tasked with ongoing operational development, adapting to the ever-changing market conditions, labor markets, and advancements in product and equipment lines as the various segments of the AHFP business model expand
Expanded responsibilities:
- Support management teams in communicating weekly and monthly operational performance updates effectively.
- The RDO may conduct audits of technician work to support the DOM
- Work closely with the DSLC and the other Executive staff to set the vision, goals, budget and overall business plan for operations.
- Act as a key contributor to strategic planning for New Market Rollouts. The RDO will collaborate with key personnel to manage, develop, and execute rollout plans, including workback schedules for new positions, product launches, and market openings, ensuring alignment and seamless coordination across all teams.
- Work closely with each District Operations Manager to evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that affect current and future growth of sales and profitability. Effectively communicate key information to the sales team, as well as to corporate marketing, and operations
- Evaluate personnel and Departmental Needs on an ongoing basis
Education / Experience
- Bachelor's degree (preferred) and three years of successful operations experience, preferably in the hospitality segment.
- 5 years in related industries
- Strong experiences in beverage dispense Industry preferred
Travel
- Regular travel is an essential component of this role, requiring approximately 6-10 days per month in assigned areas and markets, which will vary. Travel typically occurs within AHFP's regional footprint and is generally limited to weekdays, with occasional exceptions for trade shows, market openings, and similar events.
- New market rollouts may require additional monthly travel based on business needs.

Starting Salary: 70,000 - 75,000
