This is a full-time, permanent, salaried position with a trusted skilled nursing operator. Our client places employees at the forefront. You can expect a salary around $200,000 per year depending on experience. This role is hiring immediately.

Qualifications

• Requires a NHA license in CA
• 2+ years leadership experience at regional or corporate level — Regional Director of Operations, Regional Executive Director, or Area / Divisional Director
• Prior experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, assisted living, senior living, memory care, or equivalent
• Excellent skills in communication, management, organization, and problem-solving

Responsibilities

• Overseeing operations of 8 Skilled Nursing facilities
• Managing Community Directors
• Managing financials for your territory
• Providing support in your territory including licensing, resident care, HR, financial, dietary, and customer care
• Collaborating with the VP of Sales, President of Operations, CEO, CFO, COO, and relevant administrative leadership
