Regional Director of Operations Skilled Nursing - Healthcare Nursing Centers

Position Overview:

As the Regional Director of Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our operational activities across multiple locations. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring operational efficiency, implementing best practices, and fostering a culture of excellence within our organization. Key Responsibilities:

·      Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize operational performance and achieve business objectives.

·      Provide leadership and guidance to the operational teams across the region, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

·      Implement standardized processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and consistency across all operational functions.

·      Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess operational performance and identify areas for improvement.

·      Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and implement new initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness.

·      Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and policies governing our operations.

·      Manage budgets, resource allocation, and expenses to achieve cost efficiency and maximize profitability.

·      Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors.

Qualifications:

·      Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. MBA preferred.

·      Proven experience in a senior operational leadership role.

·      Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with a track record of driving operational excellence and achieving results.

·      Excellent leadership abilities, with the capacity to inspire and motivate teams to deliver high performance.

·      Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

·      Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships at all levels of the organization.

·      Demonstrated experience in managing budgets, financial analysis, and resource allocation.

·      Knowledge of relevant regulations, compliance requirements, and industry standards.

·      Flexibility to travel within the region as required.
