Regional Director of Operations - Marquis Health Consulting Services

In this key leadership role, you will be reporting to the Vice President and will be responsible for the overall operation as well as the clinical and financial success of each facility in your region. Those responsibilities will include:

• Providing support to and oversight of the day-to-day operations for your assigned facilities
• Conducting routine facility visits to ensure operational and quality standards of care are being provided and practiced

·       Working with the facility administrators and the consultant team to ensure operational, clinical, and financial standards, systems and practices are in place and each facility is receiving the necessary support to achieve its objectives

·       Regulatory compliance

·       Staff recruitment and retention

·       Maintaining positive Resident and family relationships

·       Budget compliance

      Travel to southern Massachusetts

Job Requirements:

• Current Nursing Facility Administrator’s License
• 2+ years of multi facility, skilled nursing facility management experience is required
• 5+ years of administrator experience in a skilled nursing facility is required
• Solid knowledge of Managed Care and high-volume Medicare buildings
• Healthcare or Business degree is required
• Ability to travel as needed (50 – 75%)
• Working knowledge of state and federal regulations
• Proven record of strong financial performance, quality outcomes and regulatory compliance
• Goal orientated, self-driven and motivated
• Leadership skills and experience with a team player focus
• Servant Leader
