- Education and/ or experience in Business Leadership, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing ones.

- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop targeted sales plans to address them.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and develop strategies to pursue them.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Utilize Salesforce to track sales activity, manage sales pipelines, and analyze sales performance.

- Proven leadership skills with experience in senior living communities.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze sales data and develop targeted sales plans.
- Experience in sales and account management.

- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to negotiate contracts and agreements with customers.
