What You Will Do:
- Train and support Community Relations Coordinators at Senior Living Communities
- Assist in driving sales & marketing efforts to meet occupancy goals
- Review ROI for advertising, referral relationships, etc. and proactively address opportunities
- Professionally report occupancy numbers and revenue-building tactics to ownership groups and stakeholders
- Travel regionally to support Directors/Community Relations Coordinators and audit building/materials
Why You Are Qualified:
- Minimum of Associates degree in Marketing or Communication,or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Maintains valid driver's license and ability to drive.
- One to three years of experience managing multi-site senior living facilities.
- High level of proficiency with CRMs and Microsoft programs including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
