Exceptional Opportunity: Regional Director, Patient Services & Operations - White Plains
We are seeking a dynamic and accomplished professional to join our team as the Regional Director of Patient Services & Operations. This pivotal role involves overseeing all operational and clinical activities across our network of health centers. The position requires regular visits to assigned centers to ensure optimal staffing coverage, excellent patient care, and superior operational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical Supervision: Oversee clinical services to ensure quality care and adherence to protocols.
- Peer Review Program: Develop and manage peer review processes to boost clinical efficiency and productivity.
- Annual Work Plans: Prepare and monitor Patient Services work plans throughout the year.
- Site Visits & Supervision: Conduct routine visits to provide oversight, training, and supervision for clinical teams.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and organizational regulations and protocols.
- Coaching & Development: Mentor and develop center management teams, providing training and service planning sessions.
- Per Diem Pool Management: Maintain a per diem pool to ensure continuous clinical coverage.
- Foster a Positive Culture: Promote a culture of integrity, partnership, customer focus, communication, and quality.
- External Representation: Represent the organization to external partners, agencies, and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Nurse Midwife program. Master’s degree preferred.
- Current NYS license in good standing.
- 5+ years of relevant management, administrative, and program planning experience, ideally in healthcare.
- Experience with electronic health records is strongly preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in women’s health and reproductive care is highly desirable.
- Ability to work with a diverse team and handle flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
