Regional Health Services Director LVN
Senior Living experience preferred - Ideal candidate will reside in Northern CA.
Salary range: $115k-125k
The Regional Health Services Director oversees all Health Service programs in assigned communities and is responsible for supporting communities to reach or exceed Oakmont standards of care and all applicable regulations. The RDHS provides clinical consultation on complex care plans or conditions, while maintaining accountability in the community for resident safety and wellbeing. The RDHS utilizes key metrics, fundamentals of clinical systems management, evidence based practice, and Company policies and procedures to audit Health Service performance. The RDHS will work directly with Health Service Directors and Executive Directors to execute plans of correction and monitor for completion.
Skill Set:
- Must be a LVN or RN holding a valid CA nursing license in good standing
- Prefer Two (2) years’ experience working in Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE)
- Prefer Two (2) year experience supervising and managing employees
- Able to effectively teach/train staff
- Able to operate a personal computer and be proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including COVID-19 Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) test within 72 hours of start date.
