About the Job

The Regional HR Manager, People serves as a trusted HR advisor for the NAPA People team, supporting 20-50 locations. Reporting to the Director, People, they partner with leaders to implement impactful people initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.

Provide guidance on employee relations and performance management.

Lead talent acquisition and retention efforts.

Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.

5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a multi-location setting.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office.
