Gray Residential is growing the portfolio and is seeking a Regional Maintenance Supervisor to support all properties. This person will report to our facilities Director and will be in regular communication with the Regional Property Managers. Properties are currently all located in Indiana from as far south as Evansville and as far north as South Bend.
Primary tasks and duties are:

Primary tasks and duties are:
- Travel to communities (currently all in Indiana) to assist with execution of major projects as set forth by the scope and contract generated and executed by the Director.
- Monitor day-to-day operations via software systems to identify areas of training need or support in service request performance and make ready unit compliance.
- Conduct hands on training with Supervisors and Technicians to supplement online training initiative.
- Work closely with the Director during asset management walks and execute in house preservation plans.
- Has a humble and hungry spirit - is able to ask for help when needed and does not have an ego when assisting and teaching others.
- Understands the importance of documentation and correct usage of software tools so the Director is confident they are analyzing correct data.
- Has a high level of skill and knowledge in the art of troubleshooting and performing repairs rather than replacing.
- Has in depth knowledge of HVAC systems and the ability to install an air conditioner, furnace, line set, etc. without the use of a contractor.
- Has the ability to explain the sequence of events in systems found in nearly all apartment homes with correct terminology.
- Can conduct themselves professionally in environments where owners and investors are present and can also be relatable and approachable to on site team members.
