What would you do as a Regional Maintenance Technician Cuyahoga County West
As a Regional Maintenance Technician for EDEN Inc in Cuyahoga County West, you can expect a dynamic day-to-day experience. What we're looking for in a Regional Maintenance Technician Cuyahoga County West
To thrive as a Regional Maintenance Technician at EDEN Inc, a combination of technical skills and practical experience is essential. You should possess an adequate set of tools to effectively execute daily tasks. Trade or technical school training, along with at least two years of relevant experience as a maintenance technician or mechanic, is preferred. Alternatively, three years of hands-on maintenance experience will also be considered.
You must have the ability to independently troubleshoot and perform essential repairs to maintain our facilities. Strong communication skills are crucial for effectively addressing maintenance-related work orders and collaborating with team members. A valid Ohio driver's license with four points or less, along with proof of insurance, is required. Additionally, flexibility to participate in an on-call rotation is necessary to respond promptly to urgent maintenance needs.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
- • A Regional Maintenance Technician at EDEN Inc will need an adequate set of tools to perform daily job tasks.
- • Trade and/or technical school training paired with at least 2 years of relevant work experience as a maintenance technician or mechanic preferred.
- • Or 3 years of relevant maintenance technician or mechanic work experience preferred.
