Regional Manager (Chicago Great Lakes)
My client has an excellent opportunity for a Chicago Great Lakes Regional Manager
My client manufactures and distributes medical equipment to provide home therapy to patients with various conditions. The products they develop and market have one purpose – to meet the clinical and economic needs of healthcare professionals and thereby improve the quality of life of the patients they serve.
Have you hired, trained and identified distributors who operate in the VA healthcare system? Are you familiar with the VA podiatry, primary care, orthopedic and other departments? Have you worked with rental or non-capital DME devices such as bone stimulators, TENS units or ultrasound? Help us expand our REGION sales efforts through new and existing business.
This position will oversee Chicago Great Lakes Regional sales management efforts, including:
• Hiring distributors with existing relationships within the VA healthcare system
• Overseeing all sales efforts for VISNs 10 & 12
• Training and onboarding all distributors with support from our marketing team
• Providing corporate presence at trade shows as needed
• Managing ongoing and upcoming clinical studies with physicians
• Manage patient, customer and company data within Salesforce.com
Job Requirements
• Relationships with potential distributors experienced in applicable market required
• Previous healthcare, medical device, and/or patient interaction experience required
• 5+ years in a Regional Sales Manager or similar role
• Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree or MBA preferred
• Previous experience with Salesforce.com or a similar CRM solution preferred
• Exceptional verbal and written communications skills with the ability to communicate effectively
• Frequent travel is required for this role
