As one of our talented Regional Managers, you will oversee a group of stores
in the western half of the US. Your dynamic role focuses on strategic
leadership, operational excellence, and team development to ensure high
performance and customer satisfaction across all locations within your
responsibility.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Provide strategic direction and leadership and ensure alignment with corporate
goals and objectives.
Monitor and optimize store operations to achieve financial targets,
including sales goals, profitability, and cost management.
Implement performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate district and store
performance, taking proactive measures to address any deviations.
Foster a culture of development and growth within your area of
responsibility, the districts, coaching and mentoring District Managers
and store teams to enhance performance and skill development.
Uphold and promote a high standard of customer service across all stores,
ensuring consistent customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory
requirements within the region.
Collaborate with the supply chain and inventory management teams to maintain
optimal inventory levels and product availability.
Resolve escalated employee relations, performance, and service issues in
partnership with Human Resources.
Take appropriate action in partnership with the Loss Prevention to achieve
established shortage goals and reduce the shortage.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
5+ years of multi-store and regional experience in a retail environment,
preferably in the watch, jewelry, fashion, accessories, specialty,
and luxury retail.
Demonstrate proven success in meeting sales goals and achieving KPIs.
Proven ability to network, recruit, train, develop and foster trust and
collaboration.
Must have strong business acumen by demonstrating the ability to understand
and articulate margin development, and budgets and sales forecast.
Strong sense of integrity and an ability to lead by example.
Proven ability to drive, motivate and inspire performance through effective
coaching.
Excellent written and verbal interpersonal communication and relationship
management skills.
Good computer skills using Workday, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook,
and PowerPoint.
Must have the ability to work a full-time schedule including evenings,
nights, weekends, and holidays to meet the demands of the business.
Ability to travel within a specific geographic area in the US with overnight
stays.
Pay Range for Position: $110,000 - $150,000
