Hiring Hub is seeking a strong Regional Manager for the Las Cruces and surrounding areas.
The Regional Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives tailored to the needs of a specific region, ensuring alignment with the overall company objectives. The role involves market analysis, customer segmentation, campaign management, and collaboration with sales teams to drive regional business growth. This position requires a deep understanding of local market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitive landscapes.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and execute regional marketing strategies that align with the company’s overall objectives and goals.
- Conduct market research and analysis to understand regional trends, customer preferences, and competition.
- Set clear objectives for the region and create plans to achieve them within budget and timelines.
Campaign Development & Execution:
- Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and event-based initiatives, tailored to the regional market.
- Collaborate with the central marketing team to adapt national campaigns for regional relevance.
- Monitor campaign performance and make adjustments to improve ROI and effectiveness.
Brand Management:
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels in the region.
- Develop localized content and marketing materials that resonate with regional audiences.
- Coordinate with creative and content teams to ensure culturally relevant marketing.
Market Expansion & Growth:
- Identify new market opportunities and partnerships to increase brand presence and market share.
- Work closely with the sales team to support lead generation, nurturing, and customer retention initiatives.
- This position is expected to travel extensively.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Manage, mentor, and lead regional marketing teams, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and customer service teams to create integrated marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners for campaign execution as necessary.
Budget Management:
- Prepare and manage the regional marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.
- Monitor marketing spend and adjust strategies to optimize budget usage and drive better results.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives using key metrics (e.g., conversion rates, ROI).
- Prepare regular reports for senior management on the success of regional marketing strategies and suggest improvements.
- Utilize marketing tools, CRM systems, and data analytics to assess the success of campaigns and activities.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Master’s degree (MBA) in Marketing or Business is a plus.
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven experience in regional or field marketing, preferably within a relevant industry.
- Experience with both digital and traditional marketing channels.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), CRM systems, and analytics tools.
- Strong leadership, project management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to derive insights from performance metrics and apply them to improve strategies.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to travel within the region for meetings, events, and market visits. Candidate preferably lives in Las Cruces and travel areas include: Catron, Socorro, Lincoln, Chaves, Grant, Sierra, Luna, Hidalgo, Dona Ana, Otero, Eddy, and Lea Counties.
- Strong adaptability to changing market conditions and business priorities.
